Well...

It's been a while. Partly because I've been doing a bad job and partly because I'm bad at blog/diary/recording consistency. I haven't been doing a TERRIBLE job. Making smart food choices is still my problem, but I've been eating MUCH smaller portions. I have a new fupa picture to post as evidence of this.

With the stupidmotherfuckingassholebitchcunt weather it's been a little tough to keep up with the running, but I'm working out indoors today! Yay disgusting bacteria-infested gym!

Doing it well.

I'm doing it guys! I've lost five pounds. Today I've eaten a banana, some grapes, a little popcorn and am finishing up a naked juice right now. Yeah boy! That leaves me about 600 calories for dinner...if I can wait that long. If not, I've got some celery and carrots to snack on. Don't worry about it.

Know when to fold 'em.

I'm not folding. It's just that that song is on. Yesterday was such a good eating day! Today is going pretty well, too.

Breakfast: One egg, fresh fruit, toast.

Lunch: Taco with turkey instead of beef. A little light Sour Cream (yes, it's capitalized, like God), a little cheese. MMmmm...

Dinner: Cheeseburger. Fuck off.

Once a day, every day, all day long.

That's how often I want to eat. Just kidding! I'm not hungry right now.

Breakfast: two eggs with pico de gallo, a tiny bit of cheese and a piece of toast. What? Maybe 400 calories. Maybe.

Then I ran for 25 minutes (-193). Then I slammed a serving of chocolate whey protein (130). Gross, but I can feel my muscles thanking me.

Lunch: Naked Juice (280)

Snack: Lots of celery.

Dinner: Bnls Sknls Chicken breasts, potatoes and green beans and bread. 1/3 of a wheat grass brownie. Fucking co-op hippie shit.

K.

So, I finally started running again today. It's been a week since the onset of my flu and it felt great to get back out there.

In the epic battle in my mind between to cleanse or not to cleanse, NOT to cleanse has won. I intend to make a lifestyle change instead of going all in. Raw food diet during the day, healthy meal with my family in the evening. This is something that is totally doable for me and is still healthful and will help me on my mission to ditch the fupa.

Today, when I was helping my son brush his teeth, I could feel my fat gut jiggling back and forth. It was awful.
