I weighed myself last night and after nearly a week of strict diet and exercise I have lost 3 pounds. That's just the boost I need right now, as dieting is already getting kind of old.
I have also started running again and remember why I love it so much. I've started back into it by running two minutes and then walking one for about a half hour, accumulating 20 minutes of running time. I did that the last two days and today I ran three minutes and walked one, accumulating 21 minutes of running time. It's so addictive.
