Lost more weight, bitches. Staying under 1500 calories has become so easy. I'm like a weight losing machine now. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down another three pounds. I've lost two inches around my waist. I'm not really getting bored with eating either. This is the longest I've gone with out really messing up. It feels quite good. I'm also getting way stronger and addicted to running again. I'm building up a lot of endurance.
One thing that has been hard is strength training. I really hate it. So I trick myself into doing it by only doing stuff during the commercials of Wheel of Fortune. Take that, body!
